Fill out the form (in Latin), attach a scan of your international passport and send the data for processing

Getting a card
After receiving the card, you can immediately use it: top up your account at any 365 bank branch, indicate the IBAN number and variable symbol (variabilný symbol) when applying for government assistance, pay for purchases, etc.
The cost of the bank's service "Opening an account" is 12€ (card is valid for 5 years). Therefore, your balance at the time of receiving the card will be -12€. This is easy to fix by replenishing your account or receiving a transfer.
